Neurobit is a digital health company based in Bangalore, Singapore, and New York. We are developing technologies to predict and plan for adverse health outcomes well before they happen using vitals collected during sleep as a biomarker. We are building this into a universal health analytics platform with our state-of-the-art AI models, trained on over a trillion data points of multi-channel physiological data to operate across devices, signals, and disease conditions. Over 120 universities, hospitals, and R&D centers worldwide trust us with their technology needs.
At Neurobit, we believe in an environment in which teammates have the freedom to develop their own strengths, and are encouraged to challenge the status quo. We believe that the most incredible skill that a company can develop is its employees' ability to grow and improve themselves. We understand that sometimes this takes more time, energy, and resources than we would like, which is why we allow our teammates to take courses of ANY sort or attend conferences anywhere while reimbursing them for all or part of the cost.
We’re a close-knit team, and we like to show appreciation for each other. We do this in different ways - we have bi-weekly ‘power nap’ sessions, where the whole team, from different parts of the world, catches up on the daily lives of one another. On the alternate weeks, we have the ’Lucid Dreams’ session where the team showcases their projects to everyone.
